Seniors Festival: Make N Do - March 2026
Thursday 5 March | Thursday 12 March | Thursday 19 March | Thursday 26 March 2026
10:30am - 12:30pm
2 hours per session
Make N Do is a creative, hands-on program for adults — all about curiosity, connection and making.
Led by resident artist Ken O’Regan, participants will explore ideas drawn from history, science and our current exhibitions. Through guided activities and open-ended exploration, this program encourages creativity, sparks conversation and builds new connections.
In March, participants will work together to create components for a large origami butterfly installation to be displayed in Wallsend Library.
Working together, we spark creativity, build new connections and learn through shared exploration.
All materials and supplies are provided — just bring your curiosity and willingness to make!
5 March and 12 March are Seniors Festival sessions.
Ages: Adults
Cost: Free
