The Dinosaurs Have Arrived!

Book your school, OOSH and vacation care groups into this ROAR-some exhibition now!

28 September 2024 - 2 March 2025

Get ready for an adventure through prehistory that will have your OOSH or Vacation Care group roaring with excitement! Step back in time and uncover the jaw-dropping secrets of the dinosaurs in our world-premiere exhibition, Dinosaurs: Surviving Extinction.

Join us on a journey where three incredible groups of dinosaurs evolved over 160 million years to become the birds we see today. Kids will love channelling their inner palaeontologist as they dig for fossils in our interactive pits, stand in awe of towering life-sized dinosaur skeletons, and even get up close to a massive dinosaur leg bone!

From the mighty Tarbosaurus to the fierce Utahraptor, students of all ages will be amazed and inspired as they travel through time to discover how the legacy of these ancient giants lives on in our world today.

Include a Science Show in Your Visit!

Book your OOSH or Vacation Care group into the exhibition during school holidays and upgrade your visit with a dinosaur science show, where our Museum dino aficionado will take your group on a journey through the prehistoric world.

To make a group booking, please email us at enquiries@newcastlemuseum.com.au or call us on 02 4974 1400.
