Newcastle Museum has a public collection, reflecting the historic, cultural and social development of the City of Newcastle.
As part of Newcastle Museum’s collection development, we are focusing on objects that tell the history of rugby league in Newcastle, and specifically the Newcastle Knights.
Do you have an object related to the Knights and/or rugby league history? Please fill in this form with the object/s details.
We are interested in unique objects that are part of the story of league in Newcastle, including the Newcastle Knights men’s and women’s teams, coaches, supporters and the development of the game in the Newcastle region. To donate to Newcastle Museum, you must be the owner of the object and provide a range of details and photographs in this form.

Donation Form Submission Terms
In-person donation enquiries or physical deliveries will not be accepted; this form must be completed prior to any assessment of your donation.
You must own an object to submit a form registering you interest in donating an item to this collection.
Newcastle Museum will assess all donations against our collection policy. Where an item is suitable for collection, we will get in touch with you using the details provided to discuss further. We may also contact you regarding a shorter-term loan of items in your possession for exhibition.
Newcastle Museum is guided by our collection policy and storage considerations, not all donations will be accepted. Some objects may be suitable for short term loan during the Newcastle Knights exhibition rather than our permanent collection. We will contact you about your personal collection offer.
