New Annual: Curtain Call : Strut Your Stuff

Saturday 26 September | Sunday 27 September | Saturday 3 October | Sunday 4 October 2026
10am – 2pm
4 hours per session
Melbourne-based collective, Fast Fashun, present a joyful celebration of creativity, sustainability and self-expression. This inclusive, interactive and all‑ages fashion experience transforms discarded textiles into bold, wearable creations and invites audiences to take part in their very own runway show. Playful, inclusive and proudly imperfect – a true celebration of creativity! No experience needed, if you can work a safety pin, you’re ready.

Step behind a towering curtain made entirely from clothing waste – and onto the runway. Curtain Call: Strut Your Stuff is a large‑scale, interactive installation where you become the designer, performer and star of the show. Create bold looks from discarded textiles, watch the runway come alive, or take centre stage yourself.

Guided by professional artists, transform clothing waste into wearable works of art – or simply sit back and watch as the space fills with colour, movement and glorious fashion fun.
