Program overview

Students will:
  • Observe the transformation of chemicals undergoing a reaction
  • Identify different types of liquids based on acidity
  • See different coloured flames through the burning of metal-salts
  • Discover hidden variables in seemingly magic demonstrations
  • Learn about the release of energy through chemical reactions
  • Observe that different types of matter can properties that are initially hard to see
  • Develop their scientific skills of: Enquiry, Prediction, Observation, Explanation.
