Show Synopsis

This show highlights what it means to be human, what humans need for survival, how to be healthy, and the future of humanity.

The show introduces Mike the Mannikin – who we’ll help to keep alive during the show. Going through the rough rule of 3’s for survival, Mike is given the basic necessities to stay alive and be healthy. With guidance from medical experts, the Australian Dietary Guidelines, and the Royal Australasian College of Paediatricians, the show delivers by stealth the recommendations to stay healthy, including those for exercise, sleep, screentime, and mental health. The final part of the show discusses the future of Mike and humanity; the interaction of genetic modification and computing technology with future humans. The show ends with an explosion.
